October 2009
Dear Friends,
Care and Counsel Committee is resurrecting (all Biblical puns intended!) the photo/information book that used to be on the table in the Forum room. We hope this book will make it easier for members and attenders to become familiar with others, to recognize family units, and to learn a little about each other, perhaps finding common interests. This book will again be in the Forum room.
We plan to have a page for each member and attender, with a photograph of the person in the upper right quarter of the page. If there are other family members who attend Meeting, they will be pictured in a group photo in the upper left quarter of the page.
You may download the questionnaire from the bottom of this page. The questionnaire can expand as you type into it and continue onto the back of the page, depending on the length of your responses. Please try to limit responses so that the photos (on the top part of the front side) and answers do not go beyond the front and back of one page.
When you have completed your questionnaire, save it to your computer, then return it as an email attachment to Meg Lytton (drmlytton@gmail.com) .
Doug Keith is producing a separate collection of photos to be available as a take-home photo book or on line. He has kindly agreed to share photos with Care and Counsel for the larger photo/information book. If you have not had a photo taken, please contact Doug Keith at dougkeith@mac.com or at Meeting. If you would prefer to use your own photos (one of you and one of your family), please label them and get them to Meg Lytton or leave them in Dick Lytton’s folder in the Meeting office.
Thank you so much for helping to make this effort a success!
Sincerely,
Care and Counsel Committee
